I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Missouri who specializes in sex and relationship therapy for adults and couples. I work with individuals and partners navigating communication challenges, intimacy concerns, sexual health, infidelity, and relational distress. As a first-generation Latina therapist with specialized training in Sexual Health, I am passionate about normalizing open, shame-free conversations about sex, intimacy, and pleasure. As humans, we naturally long for connection, safety, and comfort. Yet many people find themselves feeling embarrassed, misunderstood, frustrated, or unsure of how to talk about sensitive topics with their partner.
